Should any problems arise please contact us on the email above and we will aim to resolve your queries as soon as possible. 

Should any product reach you in a defective condition we will aim to refund your order within 5 working days. Time-frame of payments to your bank may vary depending on your bank provider. 

For all returns, buyer will be liable for return postage costs, unless the item is defective.
